Today, RandyRand and I went to Richardson Bike Mart and picked out a bike for him. He came home with a new Trek!! I am proud to present...Rand and his Trek!

Team Potter in the Holiday Parade

Capt Bob and PBC joined HBA on the Full Moon Ride December 5 2009.

We started in Hiawatha and rode on the paved trail to Downtown Cedar Rapids.

We joined other cyclists, and rode our decorated bikes in the parade.

Our entry won first prize for the best decorated vehicle( get that a bunch of bikes a vehicle)

Tour de France for the Rest of Us

Here is a fun video for you today. Team Potter member, Gingerclip discovered this on the interwebs today and shared it with me.

In France, Remi Guillard decided to bring his friends along and stage a Tour de France style stage finish and prank unsuspecting Sunday riders. He's got a team car, motorcade, photographers, crazy fans, and streakers. Everything to make you feel like you've just rode to a stage victory. I'm sure I would be scared by this if I came upon it, but I think Team Potter needs this kind of warm welcome on a Sunday ride, don't you think?
